Reception Team

The frontline of our personal injury firm. Our team of friendly, professional receptionists handle the answering of phones, greeting our clients, escorting RLG visitors to our meeting rooms and ensuring they are attended promptly. They also maintain a clean lobby to ensure all RLG visitors feel welcomed and at home. Other duties include handling of outgoing/incoming mail, faxes, dispatches, cost checks, birthday cards, and the distribution of files and supplies to our other offices.

Intake Representative Team

Highly qualified specialists who handle the gathering of information for new potential cases. The professionalism and experience in personal injury our intake team has is exceptional. The intake team here at Rafi Law group is very accommodating to our client’s needs, including field visits, in office visits, and Esigns. Our intake team works alongside our experienced attorneys to determine if we are able to help potential new clients.

Co-Case Manager Team

Serves as support help to our Case Managers/Attorney teams. This department's responsibility is to ensure all new RLG cases are handled smoothly and efficiently in the beginning process of the case. Duties include opening claims for all insurance carriers including sending out representation letters, requesting police reports, and medical records/bills. This team will meet with the assigned attorney on the case to ensure statute of limitations is entered into our case management system.

Case Manager Team

Proudly one of the most experienced and professional teams we have here at RLG. This understanding and empathetic team prides themselves on taking care of all the client’s needs in a timely manner. This team works side by side with their assigned attorneys and manage their caseloads with patience and efficiency to ensure our clients receive the best outcome on their case. Duties include management of the file from beginning to the demand stage of the case. These highly trained individuals ensure all clients' needs are met and are kept informed during the process.

Attorney Team

Dedicated knowledgeable professionals in personal injury. This team is highly motivated and takes an aggressive approach against insurance companies to ensure our clients are fully compensated and treated fairly. Attorneys manage their cases diligently and efficiently to maximize compensation for our injured clients. Administrative Team

An important role here at RLG. This team handles the closing of our cases, the drop process, litigation/lien tracking and medical provider checks. This team sends required letters to all necessary parties to ensure knowledge of representation status.

Accounting Team

Works diligently to identify and pay valid lien holders. This is the team of experienced paralegals who strive to get our injured clients the most compensation in their pockets at the closure of their case. This team works diligently on reducing all liens and ensuring customer satisfaction. This department ensures all necessary settlement documents are signed by our clients, settlement checks are received in a timely manner, and processed quickly upon receipt. This team is essentially the closers of this firm and work hard to get the client the best results possible.
